The first time I read the Bible chronologically, my world was changed. I gained a deeper understanding of Scripture. I saw the “bigger picture” of the story of the Bible. And maybe best of all, the Old Testament made a lot more sense! That’s why I’m so excited to offer you this printable chronological Bible reading plan.
This is by far my favorite way to read. I like it so much I formatted (with some help from Derek…a spreadsheet guru) this printable for you! It’s not the fanciest thing you’ll see on the web, but it’s very functional. It’s easy to download and print. As an added bonus the reading plan is foldable so you can keep it in your Bible and use it as a bookmark. (This is what I like to do. Actually, I also keep a copy in my life binder–with my planner and all my other random things, so I have a copy near by at all times.)
Please note this is NOT a daily reading schedule. Rather, it’s a plan that lays out the order of reading…chronologically. So go at your own pace and enjoy the journey!
